I am writing to thank you for making purchasing our first home so easy. My fiancé and I had been looking for almost a year to find the perfect home to buy and weren’t considering buying a new home until we saw the value of Sherridon’s House and Land packages earlier this year. You had a lot of features that most builders consider upgrades, which of course we wanted – such as tiled shower bases, evaporative cooling, and 900mm kitchen appliances to name just a few.

We chose Sherridon because we thought their prices were quite reasonable and they were always honest to us. The display home they built in Alamanda are not fancy but actually show what you can get from what you have paid. There will never be a surprise of finding the difference between the updated display homes and the real house being built.
Sherridon can provide a package price that you no longer need to worry about getting right people to do your driveway, fencing and front yard landscape. They even prepare you the intercom and mailbox. So just grab your baggage and move in!

I came to know about Sherridon Homes through Villawood Land development when my husband and myself were looking for a builder to build our newly purchased land at Malibu Boulevard, Point Cook, end of last year.??It took both of us less than four hours to confirm Sherridon Homes as our builder because the displayed house was exactly what we were looking for and the cosy single bungalow will be the nest for two old folks not worrying climbing up and down the stairs.?? Andrew, the Sales Manager, though he is very busy but he makes sure his staffs follow up with my request for information of my house’s construction. This is how I came to know Maryanne (Administration) who is not only friendly but can be termed as a counsellor on depressed heart. She gave me a very positive and courageous view when I told her I could not go to check my house because I failed my driving test . She quoted examples of how others failed in their driving tests few times and never gave up. Yes, I will try again because my goal is to drive to Point cook myself to see how good my house’s construction is getting on. Keep going on- Sherridon Home, I am confident you will not fail me!

Since your commencing on site some 4 weeks ago I have been very pleased with the progress that Sherridon Homes have been making in the construction of my house.
I have had a building inspector friend carry out an inspection at the completion of frame stage and, apart from some normal minor corrections required he has approved the works – In fact he was very complimentary about the standard of slab finish.
Your representative Kelly has kept me up to speed with a weekly report on progress each Friday and I expect to have to organize an inspection at lock-up stage, which is imminent.
