5% Deposit Scheme
The 5% Deposit Scheme offers first-time buyers the opportunity to provide a minimum of 5% deposit when purchasing their new home. There are no income caps, waitlists, or lenders mortgage insurance (LMI), helping buyers reduce overall costs when purchasing a new home.
Help to Buy Scheme
The Help to Buy Scheme is designed to help eligible buyers with the Government contributing 40% of the purchase price for new homes and up to 30% for established homes, when purchased through the participating lenders.
Stamp duty waiver
First home buyers can apply for a stamp duty exemption or concession from land transfer (stamp duty) if they meet certain eligibility criteria
