Firstly, our thoughts are with those who are directly impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the brave and committed professionals and carers who are at the frontline of this epidemic.

With the rapid escalation of COVID-19, Sherridon Homes have been busy over the past weeks planning and implementing best practices to ensure we exceed our health, safety, business and customer service standards and obligations.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and purchasers are our priority. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation regularly and remain agile in responding to the advice of the Australian and Victorian Governments and the World Health Organisation to reduce the spread of this virus.

Our Business

As always, we are here to make getting into your new home a great experience, and you can expect additional safeguards throughout our business to ensure your safety, and that of our employees.

During this rapidly changing environment, our sales, operations and construction teams remain open and we are committed to providing exceptional services to all our purchasers, pre-site and on-site customers.

We will continue to show leadership within the property industry and be a conduit of timely and relevant information.

Our Construction Activity & Supply Chain

Construction sites deemed an essential service.

We know you may be feeling anxious about the build of your new home and whether or not construction will continue. In the Prime Minister’s previous statement updating the community on Coronavirus measures, he has explicitly stated that construction sites are an essential service and will remain open. This means that we are continuing with the build of your new home as initially planned.

All of our building materials are manufactured locally, so this means we can give you peace of mind that there will be no delays or disruptions in our supply chains that will affect our ability to get you into your new home, which remains our top priority.

Our Staff

Our business is fortunate that many of our staff can work remotely as part of their weekly duties. For office bound staff, we have strategies and technology in place to help them work from home when needed.

Creating virtual office spaces for our staff will primarily keep our staff safe and healthy.  It also helps us to adapt easily to the increasing challenges while maintaining our level of service to our valued purchasers and customers.

Our Head Office

Our head office in Derrimut will remain open, but all visitors will be required to have a pre-arranged appointment and adhere to our strict hygiene requirements.

Our Display Centres

At Sherridon Homes, our display centres will close for the five day lockdown period between Saturday, 13th February and Wednesday, 17th February, 2021. Our sales team will continue to support sales enquiries, purchasers and customers remotely.

Sherridon Homes is taking this matter seriously to ensure our staff and customer’s health and wellbeing is protected.

We urge all our customers, stakeholders and partners to play their part in controlling the spread of the virus. Please remain vigilant of the health and safety measures and advice being communicated by Federal and State Governments and leading health organisations.  Abiding by these precautions together and looking after one another, we will navigate these difficult times safely.
