The ‘Referral Reward Program’ applies only to new client referrals received from 19 September 2025. Referrals must be submitted and received prior to the referred customer paying any deposit. The referred customer must not have previously deposited with Sherridon Homes and must not already exist on the Sherridon enquiry database. The referrer does not need to be a Sherridon Homes client; however, neither the referrer nor the referred customer can be employed by any Mirrastone Group of Companies. A $2,000 Referral Reward will be transferred to the referrer once the referred customer reaches the construction phase (slab completion) of their new home. The referred customer will receive a $2,000 discount applied upfront to their new home sales proposal. The referred customer’s contract must remain current and must not be cancelled for any reason for either reward to apply. The program is available across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria build zones. Sherridon Homes may amend or terminate the program at any time at its discretion.
