Sherridon Homes Fast Track Build Process: Terms & Conditions

*Sherridon Homes Fast Track 12 weeks to site start program is available on new deposits from 1st November 2023. Limited time offer with capped monthly allocation.

Getting to site in 12 weeks commences with signing the HIA building contract and paying the balance of a 5% deposit.

Fast Track 12-week site start program excludes jobs where the contract is issued on standard working drawings (masters) and does not include the customer’s design changes. The Fast Track 12 week to site start program will commence once the preliminary drawings are provided to the customers, which includes all requested design changes.

Written confirmation must be received from Sherridon Homes confirming customer qualification for 12 weeks to site start program.

Available only on titled land in valid Victoria build regions (as defined on sherridonhomes.com.au/about-sherridon-homes/#where-we-build).

Offer is only available on Greenfield estates. To be eligible for the fast track 12 week to site-start program, the customer must adhere to all appointments as scheduled by Sherridon Homes, attend a colour selection appointment, and provide Sherridon Homes with all required documentation, including unconditional finance approval within the timeframes as outlined within this brochure.

Any time delays we incur around the availability of your colour selection appointment may alter/void any guaranteed timeframes as outlined within this brochure.

This home is subject to Developer’s Approval. The new home sales proposal attempts to comply with and include all these requirements.

The client will be advised of any additional costs associated and/or changes required to comply with the above, and additional costs will be passed onto the client (unknown/undetermined at the time of the new home sales proposal).
