Terms and Conditions

  1. Valid for Sherridon Homes Simplicity, New Living, and Homestead Collections.
  2. A deposit must be submitted to your New Homes Advisor by April 30th, 2024, to ensure registration is completed before the National Construction Code 2022 (NCC) becomes effective.
  3. Your appointed building surveyor must provide an exemption to the NCC 2022 and 7-star energy regulations under section 10 of the Building Act 1993.
  4. Up to $20,000 in savings is based on an estimated price increase for Sherridon Homes' double-storey home designs.
  5. Should the conditions not be met, Sherridon Homes reserves the right to end or not proceed with the agreement and adjust the pricing and plans quoted.
  6. Structural variations are not permitted after the contract drawings have been issued under this offer. If the purchaser requests changes or variations to the plan, Sherridon Homes may withdraw the offer if it deems there is insufficient time before regulations become effective.
  7. No further extensions to any dates and timeframes listed can be altered as Sherridon Homes will not be responsible for any delays in achieving the eligibility to avoid the upcoming regulation changes.
  8. Paperwork must be signed and submitted to your New Homes Advisor within 7 days of the initial deposit.
