Participating Display Homes

‘Dip in & Win’ Terms and Conditions: 

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Sherridon Pty Ltd ABN 14 127 439 132, trading as Sherridon Homes, of 56 Barclay Road, Derrimut VIC 3026 (Promoter).

2. Promotion

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the Sherridon Homes Dip In & Win Promotion (Dip In & Win).

2.2 Dip In & Win is a trade promotion lottery in which eligible participants visit a participating Sherridon Homes display, register and randomly draw one instant prize.

2.3 No purchase, payment, building deposit or building contract is required to enter Dip In & Win or receive a Dip In & Win prize.

2.4 Every valid participating household will receive one Dip In & Win prize.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 Dip In & Win commences on 24 October 2026 and closes on 6 December 2026, inclusive, subject to the published opening hours of each Participating Display.

3.2 Redstone Estate, Sunbury participates from 31 October 2026 until 6 December 2026.

3.3 Entry is only available while the relevant Participating Display is open to the public. Entrants should check current display opening hours before visiting.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over.

4.2 Directors, employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter, agencies directly associated with Dip In & Win, prize suppliers directly involved in administering Dip In & Win and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4.3 Entry is limited to one entry per household for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of how many Participating Displays are visited.

4.4 For these Terms and Conditions, a household means persons who ordinarily reside at the same residential address.

4.5 Where more than one entry is submitted from the same household, only the first valid entry is eligible to participate.

5. Participating Displays

5.1 Dip In & Win is available at the following Sherridon Homes display locations (Participating Displays):

• Alamora - Tarneit

• Harpley - Werribee

• Mt Atkinson - Truganina

• Peppercorn Hill - Donnybrook

• Aurora - Wollert

• Merrifield - Mickleham

• Smiths Lane - Clyde

• Averley - Nar Nar Goon

• Redstone - Sunbury (from 31 October 2026)

6. How to Enter

6.1 To enter, an eligible participant must, during the Promotion Period:

a. attend a Participating Display in person

b. scan the Dip In & Win QR code displayed at that location

c. complete the registration form, including first name, last name, residential address, mobile number, email address and Participating Display

d. accept these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Sherridon Homes Privacy Policy

e. successfully submit the registration form

f. receive the registration confirmation SMS and show that SMS to a Sherridon Homes Sales Consultant before participating in the lucky dip

6.2 A participant whose household has already submitted a valid entry is not entitled to enter again or complete another lucky dip.

6.3 The Promoter may use the information supplied during registration, including residential address and contact information, to identify duplicate household entries and verify eligibility.

6.4 If a duplicate household entry is attempted, the registration process may notify the participant that the household has already participated and no further lucky dip will be available.

6.5 Entrants must provide complete, accurate and current information. The Promoter may reasonably request further information where required to verify eligibility.

7. How Dip In & Win Works

7.1 Once registration has been confirmed, the entrant may make one draw from the Dip In & Win prize barrel.

7.2 Prize cards within the barrel are concealed and externally indistinguishable. The entrant must draw one prize card at random and cannot select or request a particular prize.

7.3 The prize shown on the prize card, or the prize category identified on that card, determines the entrant's Dip In & Win prize.

7.4 Every valid participating household is guaranteed one prize.

7.5 The mix and quantity of prizes available at a particular Participating Display may vary throughout the Promotion depending on previous participation, scheduled prize releases and stock replenishment.

7.6 The Promoter may redistribute unopened or unallocated prize stock between Participating Displays to respond to actual participation, provided this does not reduce an entrant's entitlement to receive a prize.

7.7 Additional Merchandise Prizes may be added during the Promotion if required to ensure every valid participating household receives a prize.

8. Dip In & Win Prizes

8.1 Dip In & Win prizes comprise Gift Card Prizes and Sherridon Homes Merchandise Prizes only.

8.2 The Fisher & Paykel New Home Move-In Pack is not a Dip In & Win prize and is not contained in or awarded through the lucky dip.

8A. Gift Card Prizes

8.3 The initial total retail value of Gift Card Prizes is $10,600.

8.4 Gift cards are subject to the applicable issuer's terms, conditions and expiry requirements and are not redeemable for cash through Sherridon Homes.

8B. Merchandise Prizes

8.5 The initial total retail value of Merchandise Prizes is $5,165.

8.6 A Merchandise Prize winner will receive one Sherridon Homes merchandise item from the prize stock available under the Promotion.

8.7 The Promoter may add further Merchandise Prizes during the Promotion where participation exceeds forecast levels.

8.8 The initial Dip In & Win prize pool comprises 559 prizes with a total retail value of $15,765.

9. Prize Allocation and Availability

9.1 Prize cards will be progressively released across Participating Displays during the Promotion.

9.2 Prize cards that remain undrawn at the end of a scheduled allocation period may remain available for subsequent participants.

9.3 Gift Card Prizes and Merchandise Prizes may be redistributed between Participating Displays based on actual participation and stock requirements.

9.4 There is no guarantee that a particular gift card brand, gift card denomination or merchandise item will be available at a particular Participating Display or on a particular day.

9.5 Every valid participating household will nevertheless receive one Dip In & Win prize.

10. Receiving a Dip In & Win Prize

10.1 No payment, purchase, building deposit or other financial commitment is required to receive a Dip In & Win prize.

10.2 Where reasonably practicable, prizes will be supplied immediately after the lucky dip.

10.3 The prize card drawn by the entrant constitutes written notification of the prize won.

10.4 If a physical prize is temporarily unavailable at the Participating Display, the Promoter will arrange for the prize to be supplied as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, within the period required by law.

10.5 A prize winner will not be required to incur more than a trivial cost to receive a Dip In & Win prize.

10.6 Dip In & Win prizes are not redeemable for cash through the Promoter and cannot be exchanged merely because the winner would prefer a different prize.

10.7 If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of the same or greater value, subject to applicable law and any required winner agreement.

11. Separate Bonus Offer

11.1 Sherridon Homes is also conducting the Fisher & Paykel New Home Move-In Pack Bonus Offer (Bonus Offer).

11.2 The Bonus Offer is a separate sales offer. It is not a prize in, and is not awarded by chance through, Dip In & Win.

11.3 Eligibility for the Bonus Offer does not depend on which Dip In & Win prize a participant draws.

11.4 There are 53 New Home Move-In Pack bonus offers available. Each Move-In Pack is valued at $5,997, giving the Bonus Offer a total available retail value of $317,841.

11.5 Together, the initial Dip In & Win prize pool and the 53 Move-In Pack bonus offers have a combined available retail value of $333,606.

12. Bonus Offer Period and Availability

12.1 The Bonus Offer commences on 24 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 31 December 2026, or earlier if all 53 Move-In Pack bonus offers have been allocated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

12.2 Only the first 53 eligible Dip In & Win participants who satisfy all requirements in clause 13 will qualify for a Move-In Pack.

12.3 Once all 53 Move-In Pack bonus offers have been allocated, no further Move-In Packs will be available under this Bonus Offer.

12.4 Any Move-In Pack bonus offers not allocated by 31 December 2026 will lapse. There is no redraw because the Bonus Offer is not a trade promotion lottery.

13. Eligibility for the Move-In Pack Bonus Offer

13.1 To qualify for a Move-In Pack, a customer must:

a. be a valid Dip In & Win participant under Part A of these Terms and Conditions

b. enter into an Eligible Sherridon Homes Build during the Bonus Offer Period

c. pay the Required Deposit for that Eligible Sherridon Homes Build in full by 31 December 2026

d. provide all information and documentation reasonably required by Sherridon Homes to verify eligibility

e. be one of the first 53 eligible participants to satisfy paragraphs (a) to (d)

13.2 An Eligible Sherridon Homes Build means a new Sherridon Homes build that Sherridon Homes confirms in writing is eligible for the Bonus Offer before the Required Deposit is paid.

13.3 Required Deposit means the deposit lawfully payable for the Eligible Sherridon Homes Build under the applicable building contract and applicable law.

13.4 For the purpose of determining the first 53 qualifying participants, the relevant date and time is when Sherridon Homes has both received the Required Deposit in cleared funds and received the completed build documentation reasonably required to accept and process that deposit, whichever occurs later.

13.5 Sherridon Homes' records of the date and time in clause 13.4 will be used to determine the order of qualifying participants, subject to any manifest error.

13.6 Only one Move-In Pack is available per eligible household and per Eligible Sherridon Homes Build.

14. Move-In Pack

14.1 Each Fisher & Paykel New Home Move-In Pack is valued at $5,997 and comprises:

• 10kg Series 7 Contemporary Heat Pump Dryer

• 498L Series 7 Quad Door Refrigerator Freezer

• 12kg Series 7 Contemporary Front Loader Washer

14.2 The Move-In Pack is not transferable or assignable and is not redeemable for cash or credit.

14.3 The Move-In Pack may be combined with other Sherridon Homes offers or promotions unless the terms of another offer expressly state otherwise.

14.4 If a listed appliance becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Sherridon Homes' reasonable control, Sherridon Homes may provide a substitute appliance of the same or greater retail value and reasonably comparable functionality.

15. Move-In Pack Fulfilment and Delivery

15.1 Once Sherridon Homes is satisfied that the Eligible Build is progressing and has reached an appropriate stage prior to handover, Sherridon Homes will arrange for the Move-In Pack to be released for fulfilment.

15.2 Sherridon Homes will provide the Eligible Participant with the relevant Fisher & Paykel reference or order number and any information reasonably required to facilitate delivery.

15.3 Following release of the Move-In Pack, Fisher & Paykel will contact the Eligible Participant directly to coordinate delivery, including the delivery address, suitable delivery date and any other delivery requirements.

15.4 The timing of delivery will be agreed directly between Fisher & Paykel and the Eligible Participant and may occur before, at or after handover of the Eligible Build, depending on the progress of the build, product availability and delivery arrangements.

15.5 The Eligible Participant is responsible for providing Fisher & Paykel with accurate delivery information and being available to accept delivery in accordance with Fisher & Paykel’s delivery requirements.

15.6 Sherridon Homes will not be responsible for delays arising after the Move-In Pack has been released for fulfilment that are caused by Fisher & Paykel, product availability, delivery scheduling, the Eligible Participant or circumstances outside Sherridon Homes’ reasonable control, subject always to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15.7 If the Eligible Build is cancelled or terminated, or the qualifying deposit is refunded, before Sherridon Homes releases the Move-In Pack for fulfilment, the Eligible Participant will cease to be entitled to the Move-In Pack in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

16. Cancellation, Withdrawal or Refund

16.1 If, before the Move-In Pack is supplied, the Eligible Sherridon Homes Build is cancelled, terminated or withdrawn, or the Required Deposit is refunded in whole or in part, the customer's eligibility for the Move-In Pack will cease and the Move-In Pack will no longer be available to that customer.

16.2 A Move-In Pack that ceases to be available under clause 16.1 may be reallocated by Sherridon Homes to the next eligible participant who satisfies the Bonus Offer requirements before 31 December 2026, provided that the total number of Move-In Packs allocated does not exceed 53.

16.3 Nothing in this clause affects any rights a customer may have under the applicable building contract or applicable law.

17. Verification of Bonus Offer Eligibility

17.1 Sherridon Homes may reasonably verify a customer's identity, Dip In & Win participation, household details, Eligible Sherridon Homes Build, Required Deposit, payment date and other information relevant to the Bonus Offer.

17.2 Sherridon Homes may refuse or withdraw eligibility where information supplied is false, materially misleading or incomplete, or where the customer does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

17.3 Any discretion under this section will be exercised reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

PART C - TERMS APPLYING TO BOTH OFFERS 

18. Personal Information and Privacy

18.1 The Promoter may collect personal information including name, residential address, mobile number, email address, Participating Display and information relating to an Eligible Sherridon Homes Build and Required Deposit where relevant.

18.2 Personal information may be used to administer Dip In & Win and the Bonus Offer, verify eligibility, enforce the one-entry-per-household restriction, issue confirmations, record and fulfil prizes and bonus offers, contact participants in connection with the offers and meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

18.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sherridon Homes Privacy Policy.

18.4 The Promoter may disclose information to related entities, agencies, technology providers, prize suppliers and service providers where reasonably necessary to administer the offers.

18.5 Entry into Dip In & Win does not require a participant to consent to unrelated marketing communications. Where a participant separately chooses to provide marketing consent, Sherridon Homes may contact that participant in accordance with the consent provided. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time.

19. Records

19.1 The Promoter will maintain records relating to Dip In & Win and the Bonus Offer, including entrant registrations, participation by location, prize allocations and distribution, stock reconciliations, Bonus Offer allocations, deposit verification and fulfilment records.

19.2 Records relating to Dip In & Win will be retained for at least three years after the promotion is finalised, or longer where required by applicable law. Bonus Offer records will be retained for the period required by applicable law and the Promoter's record-retention requirements.

20. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

20.1 If either offer cannot be conducted as intended because of circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including temporary display closure, technology failure, prize or appliance supply interruption or safety issue, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the affected part of the offer to the extent permitted by law.

20.2 Any material change will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

20.3 A valid Dip In & Win prize already won will not be withdrawn solely because Dip In & Win is subsequently modified, suspended or cancelled.

20.4 Any change affecting the Bonus Offer will not reduce a customer's rights under applicable law.

21. Liability

21.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

21.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party gift card systems, product supply interruptions or service-provider failures, provided this does not limit any obligation the Promoter has in relation to proper conduct of Dip In & Win, fulfilment of a prize or performance of the Bonus Offer.

21.3 Once a gift card or merchandise prize has been supplied to the winner, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery, except to the extent required by law.

22. General

22.1 By entering Dip In & Win or participating in the Bonus Offer, the participant agrees to the parts of these Terms and Conditions that apply to them.

22.2 If there is any inconsistency between promotional material and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions prevail to the extent permitted by law.

22.3 The Promoter's decisions concerning administration of the offers are final, subject to applicable law.

22.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
